The following is a list of the requirements and terms of sale for our no substitutions guarantee .

An ATF License is Required for 1.3G Fireworks Purchases

We must have a valid copy of the purchaser's ATF License with an original ink signature (we prefer blue ink). If the ATF License is under a company name we also need a copy of the Notice of Clearance, showing the Responsible Person(s) under the company license. If the person ordering and/or picking up the order is not listed as a "responsible person" on the notice of clearance, an Authorization to Order and Receive Explosives form must be completed and signed by a responsible person. We strongly recommend that all customers get a full "User" license (good for 3 years) and not the "Limited" permit (with purchase coupons for 1 year.) We will charge an additional $50 processing fee for all "Limited Permit-Coupon" purchases.

No Substitution Guarantee

In order to receive our no substitution guarantee you must first pay for your order in full or send a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the total due. After we get your full payment or deposit, we will hold your order. Due to the nature of our business we do not offer a refund on any deposit. Once a deposit is made the items on your order are removed from our sellable inventory, therefore they will no longer be listed for sale. If you are unable to complete your purchase you will forfeit that deposit because we will have lost the opportunity to sell those items while they were being held for you.

Cash Price

All of our pricing reflects an automatic 3% discount if you pay by cash or check.*

Orders must be paid in full at time of pick-up, delivery or before being shipped.

Credit cards may be processed in person or over the phone. Call our office at (814) 765-5918 to process your credit card payment. Our office hours are Monday thru Friday, Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4 pm EST.

*For non-cash (credit card or PayPal) payment our 3% cash discount will be removed.

Volume Discount on Fireworks - Terms

Volume discounts are given with the assumption of the previous policy that "all orders are paid in full at time of pick-up, delivery or before being shipped". On the rare occasion that an order was processed and full payment was not received (due to non-sufficient funds or other reasons) then any volume discount will be removed from the entire order. In addition to paying full price for the invoice, any invoice that is not paid in full within 30 days will be charged 1.5% interest per month on any remaining balance.

“Fireworks” includes the following types; 1.3G (Class B), 1.4G (Class C), and Articles Pyrotechnic/Close Proximate products.

Discount schedules are:

Volume Discount on Professional Fireworks

5% for $1000+  |   10% for $2500+  |   15% for $5000+  |   20% for $10,000+  |   25% for $20,000+

Volume Discount on Consumer Fireworks

10% for $500+  |   15% for $750+  |   20% for $1,000+  |   25% for $1,500+  |   30% for $2,500+  |   35% for $5,000+  |   40% for $10,000+

Volume Discount on Proximate & Articles Pyrotechnic

5% for $1000+  |   10% for $2500+  |   15% for $5000+  |   20% for $10,000+  |   25% for $20,000+
Discounts for each type of fireworks are exclusive to that type. Discounts are based on the per order total of all fireworks purchased. For example, a customer who purchases $1,250 of Class B, $1,000 of Class C, and $250 of Articles Pyrotechnic/Close proximate product has a total fireworks order of $2,500. The customer will therefore receive a 10% discount on Class B product, 30% discount on Class C product, and a 10% discount on Articles Pyrotechnic/Close Proximate product.

You must take possession of the entire order at time of pick-up or delivery

All 1.3G fireworks must be picked up at one of our locations by the customer or delivered by Fire Art. Equipment or supplies may be shipped by a common carrier. Additional shipping charges will be applied to your order. Please allow up to 48 hours for a staff member to contact you by e-mail or phone regarding shipping charges for your order.

Pick-up Locations & Delivery Charges

All orders are to be picked up at the main Fire Art, PA location. While some remote locations are available for pick-ups, these locations are not staffed or stocked with product. If you would like to pick-up at a remote location, you will need to coordinate your pick-up date with a staff member to verify that we will be able to transport your order by that date. Additional delivery charges will be applied. These delivery charges will be based upon the total number of items needing to be delivered to each location per trip and then be divided amongst all orders as a per case delivery fee. The general delivery formula is calculated at $1/mile each way.

For orders less than $100, a handling fee of $25 will be added.

International Shipping

We use UPS or USPS international services to ship most supply and equipment orders. If you have an account with a different carrier, we will prepare your order and send you the required information for booking your shipment. Please place your order online (no payment is required at time of ordering), before asking how much shipping will be. Shipping charges vary greatly. We require a complete delivery address before we can estimate shipping charges. Charges are base on the size/weight and number of the packages.
A $25 international processing fee will be added to your order.
We cannot ship any fireworks or hazardous goods internationally.

A 25% re-stocking fee will be charged on all product returns.

This includes any individual items removed from a held or confirmed order prior to completing the order. The re-stocking fee will be base on our regular cash price (not any discounted price) of each item.

Place separate orders for multiple shows or multiple pick-up dates

For customers without their own storage, placing a seperate order for each show is recommended, since you must take possession of entire order at time of pick-up.
